💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹500

  • Orders below ₹500 may attract standard shipping charges (displayed at checkout)

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via:

    • SMS

  • You can also track your order using the Tracking Page on our website


🏠 Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • OnezKart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Unreachable phone number

    • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

If an order is returned to us due to delivery failure, re-shipping charges may apply.


📦 Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Please do not accept delivery, if possible

  • If accepted, record a clear unboxing video and contact us immediately

Damage claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
